Holywell Park provides 52 bedrooms spread across three floors, with three lifts for easy accessibility. Additionally, the house offers two apartments and a newly added cottage wing, featuring four generously sized bedrooms with patios and gardens furnished for comfort. Every room is equipped with a carer call system, and a modern fire alarm system is in place. Residents have the option to bring their own furniture. The rooms are furnished with TVs, with 47 of them having en-suite facilities, accommodating diverse budgets and space requirements. Furthermore, the facility provides three communal spaces, including a library.
